Hubspot - ability to associate Panda document with Company, Contact, Deal simultaneously
It is a standard practice in Hubspot to associate an Activity record (such as Note) with multiple Hubspot entities simultaneously, e.g. with Company, Contact and Deal at the same time.
Today, however, a Panda document in Hubspot can only be associated with a single Hubspot record. This is not practical: e.g. say you execute an NDA document using Panda from a Hubspot Contact record - now this NDA document is only visible on that Contact record alone, and NOT visible on the parent Company record. Any other Hubspot user will not be aware that an NDA document exists for this…

There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form.
Ability to restrict access to form for one e-mail to only once: In the case that a customer forgets that they have already filled out the Form and fills it out again, can we provide some kind of message to show to the customer that the email has already been used to fill out a Form entry?
