  1. The ability to pay the document right after you sign it

    When there is more than one signer, the document has to be completed by all first, and only then it can be paid. The ability to show the payment option right after the payer signs and completes the document would help them process the payment faster.

  2. Hide Grand Total Settings

    Hide the grand total settings ($0.00 at the top of a doc). We don't using the billing function at all and it's confusing to our new users.

  7. More text font size options (right now, only even numbers allowed)

    Be able to match text font with pricing font. Right now, the pricing table numbers are at 15 font but this is not an option in the toolbar. There are only even numbers and you can't input your own number

  8. Interchange between native PandaDoc redlining and Word redlining

    Have the ability during the redlining process to use PandaDoc in-app redlining or Word interchangeably. Right now, they have to choose either redline with PandaDoc or with Word from the beginning and stick to that for the entire redlining process for that document.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  11. Conditional questions in Smart Forms

    Is there a way on smart forms to show or hide subsequent questions based on the answer to a previous question? This would be setting up conditional logic for the questions in Smart Forms.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  14. Custom message when sending via SMS

    Customer wants to be able to edit the message that displays when sending via SMS. Right now it's greyed out with a message box pop up reading: "Messages sent via text (SMS) cannot be changed."
