Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Since we have rooms to be used for customers and clients as some sort of a Data Base management storage for all needed documents, video training, and links. It would be beneficial also to incorporate the following:
- Use of PowerPoint to be a part of Presentation in Rooms
- Share Rooms across Worksapces
- Ability to Pre-selecting docs to show in the rooms (For Client visibility)

Automatically create a new Room when a new client is added
When a new contact is added, a new Room gets created automatically for them as well (and they are added to it). That way, they are automatically able to view current and past documents in their "client portal".
