Ability to add contact details from Monday deal

On Monday.com I am able to generate Pandadoc quotes from a deal in my CRM, however, as Pandadoc opens on top of Monday I would expect it to be able to pull information from the deal I have generated the doc from. This is not the case, therefore I have to double entry, as I have to add email, first name, last name to Pandadoc aswell aswell as in Monday.com. I have tried zapier for this, but had no success. Allow the initials box to be in the footer

Protect Confidential Documents / Move Documents to New Workspace
Please allow us to move documents to a different workspace OR mark them as confidential. I have new employees coming in that need to work in the main workspace but should not have visibility to existing documents like employee agreements, company financials, certain contracts, etc.
I need a better way to partition documents to maintain confidentiality.
