Move documents across workspaces and keep the statuses
Is there anything on the pipeline that will make this easier for us to move documents across workspaces?

We have made significant improvements in the docx import and export experience in 2021 and 2022, but aren't currently planning on additional features or improvements in this area since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap.
PandaDoc does have a feature to manage access to content - Workspaces. Workspaces are a great solution to distribute and manage content easily not just across separate teams or departments. Separate workspaces can also be created for different projects, for templates you no longer use but don't wish to delete, and templates that are still a work in progress or have not been approved for use. You can learn more about workspaces here.
Templates can also be shared across workspaces, if needed. These shared templates can be used to create and send new documents, but cannot be edited. You can learn more about sharing content across workspaces here.

When a PandaDoc pricing table is updated Opportunity Products in Salesforce are updated automatically.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Great news! Most of the PandaDoc for Salesforce functionalities you asked for here have already been released or are in the roadmap.Â

Variables contain formulas: variable calculations
Calculate variable values based on math and text operations: use other variables, plain text, numbers, pricing table, and quote values to get to a new value.
Some examples would be
1. Generate document name variable based on template name, customer company name, deal value and expiration date.
2. Generate text based on a list of items a customer selects in a form, pricing table, quote or fields.
3. Calculate a downpayment size using document value and a custom multiplier.
4. Generate a new date based on a date in another fields or variable by adding a number of days/months to…131 votesHi. Automatically add pages to the document if PDF page limit is exceeded / Transfer content blocks exceeding PDF page break to the next page
Automatically transfer content blocks/divide content blocks if they exceed the indicated PDF page break. as of the moment if a text block is large and the page break is indicated, you'll need to manually transfer the text to the next page in the web view. The client would like this to be done automatically, i.e. if the text is too long, it automatically appears on the next PandaDoc page
Ability to enable a limitation that won't allow creating pages longer than they'll be displayed within the PDF version of the same document.

Add up multiple pricing tables to create a summary table
The ability to have a pricing table that is a summary of the final costs. The table will show the total of all the selections made in other tables in the document.
