    We wanted to share an update regarding tokens/variables in saved messages and email. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."

    This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  4. Permissions for specific documents: Private documents (Password protect documents internally)

    Have an option to create a private document where only the account owner/user can have an access to.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.     The status of this suggestion is currently unchanged. However, we now support a specific use case: calculating a date field based on the signature date (e.g. signing date + X days). To learn more about Autofill with Custom Date based on Signing Date, click here.

  9. Automatically add pages to the document if PDF page limit is exceeded / Transfer content blocks exceeding PDF page break to the next page

    Automatically transfer content blocks/divide content blocks if they exceed the indicated PDF page break. as of the moment if a text block is large and the page break is indicated, you'll need to manually transfer the text to the next page in the web view. The client would like this to be done automatically, i.e. if the text is too long, it automatically appears on the next PandaDoc page

    Ability to enable a limitation that won't allow creating pages longer than they'll be displayed within the PDF version of the same document.

  18. Option to BCC recipents on documents / Hide recipient list (recipient emails) from other signers

  19. Delete/remove/edit/sort tags from the Documents/Templates/Content library tabs

    At the moment (August 12 2020) It's possible to manage the tags for a specific document/template/CL item, but it's not possible to manage the tag itself. So the feature request is to implement the ability to Delete/remove/edit/sort tag(s) from the Documents/Templates/Content library tabs (those tags are shown in the left in these tabs).

    Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we put forward the following solution, that may help you cover this scenario, namely:

    Please contact our Support team if you need to delete tags. If you have a Member role we might request approval from an admin user on your account.

    We hope this suggestion can help you. If not, please keep upvoting this idea, so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  20. Add up multiple pricing tables to create a summary table

    The ability to have a pricing table that is a summary of the final costs. The table will show the total of all the selections made in other tables in the document.
