Payment required to complete the document
Add the ability to make payment mandatory for a certain document or template: so there will be no option to skip it and complete the document without making a payment.

Ability to Edit During the Document Approval Workflow Process
I would like to have the ability as a document reviewer to be able to make a quick edit to a document in the "for approval" category without having to go through the full edit and approval process.
Current Steps:
1. Receive doc for review
2. Review - while reviewing you see a necessary change
3. You must click "Edit Document" and make your desired edits
4. I then have to resubmit for review
5. Review
6. ApproveAs a reviewer role, I should be able to edit the document within my review and approve all at once which would…

Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. We will definitely work on approval workflow improvements and the ability to edit the document while in the approval stage is one of the key things we are considering for delivery. Stay tuned. -
Mass Download "Collect file" field attachments
It would be nice if when you download the document the attachments added to the collect files fields also download, rather than having to download them separately.

Catalog product items usage reporting
It is not possible in PandaDoc to create custom reports on catalog items, depending on what items appeared in the documents with what frequency, from which sales rep, etc. It would be really convenient for management to have this tool so that we can track the activities of our sales reps.
(PD Sales Rep - it is a dealbreaker for this customer, potentially 8-10 Business level licenses).

Advanced formatting for the fillable text field: text formatting in fields
Format the fillable text field with bullet points, numbering, bold/italic/underline text. Basically the same options available for a text block so recipients can list bullet points, bold, etc.

Pricing table: separate design option for total sections (adjust design for totals individually)
The ability to change the font color, style, size of the pricing table numerical values and totals individually.

- Hide the total section and add text block below the pricing table.
- Use Pricing table total variable or any other that you'd need to adjust.
- Change format as needed via Text design.

Forms notification: Ability to configure Form notification emails / Turn off or Customize Form submitted email
When an eform is filled out an email is sent to the initiator. I understand that this is so that the initiator can have access. It would be nice to turn off this if the eForm is so short that this is unlikely, OR the ability to customize the language in the email so that the purpose of the email can be explained. Payment Receipt from PandaDoc
Customer would like to have an option to automatically send payment receipt from PandaDoc to their recipients after paying the document.
Examples of generating receipts would include using our payment gateways such as Stripe, Square, Authorize.Net, PayPal, and QuickBooks Payments.
